Combat Dance
I witnessed my second combat dance ever, and it was really something to see in the wild. It didn't last long but the two male snakes engaged in "battle" before the weaker snake gave up and retreated. The "winner" came back and claimed his territory. You can see the video on my website at www.thetimberrattlesnake.com/video.html.

I love the combat dance. I figured that they would bite each other. Do they ever bite their own? And if so, would it be poisonous to them?
